CONTACTING US BY TELEPHONE

We do not record telephone conversations or calls that you make to us. During calls, we may, however, collect information from you such as, but not limited to:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Your account email address

We process this information because it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you and to enable us to deliver the services you have requested and resolve any queries you may raise when you call.

CONTACTING US BY EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE

Our email and text message correspondence may be kept as a record of your contact with us and enable us to respond to any queries you may have.

We collect and process personal information about visitors to our website, clients, customers and users of/visitors to our sites. We do this to deliver services to you, provide the merchandise when you make a purchase, process payments that you make to IAM Yoga and learn how to offer you a better product.

INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS AND PLATFORMS

From time to time, IAM may allow you to connect or transfer your information to or from a third-party application or platform. For example, you may book IAM’s classes through a third-party application such as ClassPass. If you choose to participate, we may collect Personal Information about you from a third party. Once the Personal Information has been transferred to IAM’s from a third party, you may or may not be able to rescind or remove the information. You should check with the third-party application or service as to your options.

JOB APPLICATION INFORMATION

If you apply for a job posting, we collect information necessary to process your application or to retain you as an employee, which may include education and job history information.  Providing this information is required for us to consider you for employment.

PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY

In certain situations where a serious public health threat has been identified, we may collect information from employees, guests, and other individuals accessing our facilities. This may include medical and health information, such as body temperature, symptoms, and underlying health conditions. We collect this information to protect our employees’ and guests’ health and safety.
