Energy Exchange
WHAT IS THE ENERGY EXCHANGE PROGRAM?
This program offers the opportunity to connect with the IAM community in exchange for free classes by contributing your time primarily through studio cleaning with occasional support for our management team when needed.
We prioritize applicants who have taken at least a few classes at IAM, ensuring familiarity with our environment and values. Additionally, exceptional customer service and respect for the studio space are essential.
4 hours/week for unlimited classes
A three-month commitment is required, with one 4 hour shift per week scheduled at a consistent day and time.
The role helping maintain cleanliness at the studio. In exchange, you’ll receive unlimited classes for the week.
Customer Experience
Prone to greeting others with a smile and positive demeanour? Perhaps getting behind front desk would be more your vibe. We are always looking for people with sales, customer service and computer experience to help us out at the front desk. If you’re outgoing, a fast learner and quick on your toes, you may enjoy our reception trade. We require a three-month commitment of one shift per week (same day/same time each week) for four hours per shift. You would be helping sign students in, answering customer service questions and providing information on passes and packages to students.
Special Skills
Good at something else? Do you have a special skill set or professional trade you believe the studio would benefit from? Perhaps you’re a handy person, or maybe you make videos. If you have an idea for an Energy Exchange that falls outside of these two roles, please emphasize that in your application.
The Energy Exchange program provides unlimited access to classes at the studio on a weekly basis. You’ll meet lots of wonderful people and become part of a down-to-earth Toronto fitness community. studio space are essential.
