Private Yoga Classes
At iam yoga we recognize that a yoga practice is an excellent way to detoxify, strengthen and tone the body as well as all of its systems, so that the body itself becomes the best possible vessel from where we can begin to practice and cultivate stillness, non-reactivity and tranquility of the mind. We recognize that students may have questions as they develop and learn about yoga.
Private classes with any of our instructors can be arranged – usually they last anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes depending on your needs. We offer Private Instruction at the studio, home or workplace depending on the needs of the student. We will address any questions, issues or areas of improvement you would like to explore in and around any aspect of your yoga practice.
