Pilates is a core based practice aimed to supplement your yoga practice or be practiced alone. Join Siobhan Louwman this month at any of our Pilates Classes – Fridays @9:30 AM and Saturdays @ 3 PM – these are one hour classes. Detox FlowIam Yoga’s Detox Flow is quickly becoming one of our most popular classes! Student who participate in this class often describe feeling lighter, brighter and more balanced with improved digestion and greater mobility through the spine! The philosophy at the core of this class is based on postures that build deeper levels of compression via twisting followed by varying degrees of release via back bends – we weave these themes into our Flow Sequences. Sutra FlowIam Yoga’s Sutra Flow opens and closes with meditation and explores yoga with respect to meridians and Chinese chakras – this class is based on student requests for yoga classes that begin to explore and introduce the philosophy of yoga into our Iam Yoga Flow sequences.
